Yes! Most of our items are made to order. This helps us minimize waste and ensures you receive a freshly crafted piece. Processing times may vary depending on the product and supplier.
2. How long will shipping take?
Domestic: 3–7 business days. International: 7–21 days. Some items may ship separately due to multiple suppliers.
3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes! You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You may get multiple tracking numbers if items ship separately.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Customs or import duties may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
6. Do you use sustainable materials or packaging?
We work with eco-conscious partners whenever possible. Many of our items are made to order to reduce waste.
7. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for faulty or incorrect items. As most products are made to order, we do not offer returns for change of mind.
8. I made a mistake in my order. Can I change it?
If you contact us within 24 hours, we may be able to update or cancel your order. After that, production may begin.
9. Are the colors in the images accurate?
We do our best to represent colors accurately, but slight variations may occur depending on screen settings.
