All items are made-to-order, created specifically for you after your purchase. Slight variations in color or layout may occur due to production methods or screen settings.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only upon full payment. We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment options as listed at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Multiple Suppliers: Depending on the product, items may ship from different suppliers. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

❌ No Returns or Cancellations for Made-to-Order Items

All items are custom-made for each customer. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind or incorrect ordering.

This policy complies with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83, which exempts made-to-order items from the right of withdrawal.

✅ Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@artfulthief.com with:

• Your order number
• A brief explanation of the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

7. Intellectual Property

While William Morris’s original designs are in the public domain, all product layouts, branding, photography, and site content are the intellectual property of ArtfulThief.com and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use this website or its content to:

• Violate laws or intellectual property rights
